Barber 1 opened The Refinery in 2019 after a decade of cutting in Atlanta shops, bringing a licensed straight razor practice and a stubborn eye for symmetry back home to the mountains. He is known for fades that blend clean under hard fluorescent light and for talking you out of the cut you saw on the internet if it will not sit right on your head.
